*Effective September 1, 2010, the collection of Sales and Use tax on the provision of information services and title projects is required pursuant to Section 1105 of the New York State Tax Law. Accordingly, said tax will be charged and reflected on this company's bill, on title projects and searches including but not limited to: Certificates of Occupancy, Department of Buildings, Fire Department, Emergency Repair, Street Reports, Highway Department, Health Department, Department of Environmental Projection, Department of Air Resources, Oil Burner, Landmark and Patriot Act (or their variations where applicable).
Recording Note: An additional charge of $25 per instrument on Residential, and $75 per instrument on Commercial documents, and a $25 per filing of State & County UCC. This charge covers the reviewing and correcting to ensure accurate recordation within the County and/or State. This Service Charge is not included in the Fees listed below.
